FRADEI Sangiovese I.G.T. 2007

This sangiovese is a ruby red wine with intense floral perfume. On the nose you will find scents of violets, cherries, and ripe berry fruit. On the palate it is dry with broad tannins. The finish is fresh and lasting. Enjoy with roasted meats.

Villa Sparina Gavi D.O.C.G. Del Commune Di Gavi 2007

Very fresh nose of pear syrup and white stone with a chalky, bone dry palate showing hints of more pear and citrus fruits - perhaps akin to a light Macon Villages on the nose but, on the palate, more of a Chablis astride a Vespa... This Italian white has a winning personality for summer drinking or for pairing with seafood year round.

Villa Sparina Montej Bianco D.O.C. 2007

Chardonnay for body, Sauvignon Blanc for acidity and Muller Thurgau for balance, a cheeky blend which is certainly more than the sum of its parts. A bewitching, delicate wine with a marked floral fragrance and subtle spicy notes. Dry and fresh on the palate, smooth with a lovely purity of flavour. This wine goes perfectly with white meats and fish dishes.

Villa Sparina Montej Rosso D.O.C. 2006

Fresh and toothsome Barbera, a percentage of which undergoes a short passage in barriques to soften the young wine's racy acidity. Lots of classic cherries, berries and a twist of vanilla. Barbera is an ideal food wine that will stand up to anything you throw on the bbq. No other wine has the versatility to cut through tomato sauce or complement a steak just as nicely.
