Returning to Melbourne from 12-15 September, the upcoming edition of Fine Food Australia - the nation's premier food trade show - is set to be the biggest yet.

Being held at the Melbourne Convention Centre, Fine Food Australia 2016 will have the biggest show footprint to date, with an exciting line-up of new exhibitors and features added to this year's program.
Among the new attractions is the Roaster's Alley, which is dedicated to tea and coffee. It will cover all aspects of leaf and bean from tea masterclasses to coffee tastings, and expert seminars discussing trends and industry predictions.

For the sweet tooths, the popular Bulla Pastry Stage will be home to a host of acclaimed pastry chefs offering a series of presentations. Liz Bawden of the Bakes Eleven will be among the presenters. She will present sessions ranging from naked cakes, catering for gluten free and vegan consumers, and harnessing the growing matcha trend.
On the Talking Food stage, experts that will form part of the line-up include Bruce Keebaugh, owner of The Big Group, talking all things catering; The Fermentary owner, Sharon Flynn, talking about fermentation and food as medicine; Laura Neville who owns The Wandering Chef and Saxon Joye from Longfresh who will discuss high pressure processing; and CEO of Profitable Hospitality, Ken Burgin, who will present on how to attract and retain the right staff.
The 2016 program will also include a series of competitions such as the Great Official Aussie Pie Competition, the Nestlé Golden Chef's Hat Award National Final and the Bake Skills live challenge.
