Ciao a tutti, Pino Russo, Co-Owner of La Svolta, and his team are proud to announce the opening of Prahran's new home of TRADITIONAL ITALIAN food, Eat'aliano by Pino. After enjoying a number of successful years at La Svolta, Pino has been working on delivering a new and refined menu of AUTHENTIC ITALIAN recipes whilst continuing to serve the most-loved PIZZA in Melbourne.

Pino ventured to Australia with a vision to bring the fresh flavours of his homeland to the other side of the world. All the RESTAURANT recipes and techniques are passed down from our Mammas and Nonnas, Papas and Nonnos, creating a truly special dining experience. Pino has a passion for all things Cucina Italiana, creating homage to the FOOD he loves. The result is Eat'aliano by Pino.

The menu honours all corners of The Boot and it is this that sets Eat'aliano by Pino apart - the passion with which buonissimo FOOD is prepared.
